    I am…

    A Crisis Specialist

Some of life’s most difficult conversations involve suicide, self-harm, and profound emotional pain. These topics deserve compassion—not fear or judgment. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable talking openly about experiences that are often difficult to share. My role is to help bring clarity, restore hope, and guide individuals toward safety while preserving their dignity and autonomy.

    Radically Authentic

I believe some of the most meaningful growth happens through honest conversations. My clients often describe me as direct, genuine, and someone who “tells it like it is.” While I will always approach you with compassion and respect, I won’t shy away from difficult topics or gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy isn’t about simply validating every feeling or avoiding discomfort—it’s about helping you gain insight, take accountability where appropriate, and build the life you want.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will be warm, supportive, and straightforward, we’ll likely be a great fit. I’ll celebrate your successes, sit with you through your hardest moments, and provide honest feedback when it serves your growth. My commitment is to create a space where authenticity goes both ways, because I believe trust is built through openness, transparency, and the courage to have the conversations that matter most.
