Rates & Insurances

• Initial Session (60-90 minutes): $300
• All subsequent therapy sessions (50-60 minutes): $175
• ADHD/Academic Learning Disability Evaluations: $2000 including all interview sessions, test administration and interpretation, consultation, and report

We accept the following insurances:

• Cleveland Clinic Employee Health Plan (Tier 1)
• Aetna
• Lyra Health
• Medical Mutual of Ohio

If you have any other insurance plan, we will be happy to help you submit claims to your insurance to take advantage of any out-of-network reimbursement you may be eligible for.  Ask us for more information.

Cancellation Policy & Late Charges

We prioritize our clients by holding time and space available for each person we see.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide your clinician with 24 hours notice of the change so that time can be made available to another client who is in need of an appointment that week.  No shows or late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate.
